RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Would you like to return or exchange your order at Seven Icons?

No problem! You can return/exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. 

Once your order is received at our facility, your return/exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Seven Icons is not responsible for any loss during shipping, and we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs. All items need to be shipped to our warehouse. 

Return Policy

Ensure that your return meets the following requirements:

  • The items must be unworn. This means no creases in the shoes, no dirt, and no signs of wear.

  • The shoebox must be in the same condition as it arrived.

  • It should be returned with the original box. 

  • All tags (such as factory tags, extra laces, additional cards, and any other included accessories) must remain attached to the product.

  • Always ship your return in an extra outer box.

  • Keep your shipping receipt safe! We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If a package has been opened using a sharp object and this has caused a tear or damage to the product or packaging, we are unfortunately unable to offer compensation, replacement, or a refund. Please open packages carefully to avoid accidental damage.

Cancellation Policy

We don't accept cancellations. 

Refused packages upon delivery: A €30 fee will be charged to cover shipping and payment processing costs.
